100% Customer satisfaction is our goal. If, for some reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us within 30 days of the date of shipment for a refund or an exchange. Once we receive your item and it's accepted, your refund or an exchange will be processed as soon as possible. Please be advised, that items that have been resized or altered by a jeweler other than Rafaello & Co, damaged in any way or show signs of wear will not be accepted. Engraved jewelry items (not including wedding rings) may not be returned. Engraved wedding rings may be returned, however, the engraving fee is non-refundable.
Note: custom orders, rings with custom sizes, bracelets, necklaces and other items which we adjusted or manufactured to your specifications are non-returnable and non-refundable.

 

Canceled or returned orders are subject to a 15% fee. We will refund the cost of the item minus 15% restocking fee (this includes merchandise examination and actual restocking costs). Shipping, handling, and insurance costs are not refunded.

 

Returning process:

 

1. To start a returning process, please call (646) 208-8986 or email us at info@rafaelloandcompany.com to obtain your Return Authorization Number (RAN). Write it on the outside of the box you are returning. Ship it to:

A package without RAN will not be accepted.

 

2. Repack the merchandise in its original packaging materials, including all paperwork. If your item was delivered with a diamond certificate and that certificate is not returned, you may be liable for the $250 replacement cost.

 

3. Insure your package. If the price of an item you are returning is:

 

Less than $500: You can ship it via any carrier. Be sure to ship your item fully insured, and request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has reached its destination.

 

More than $500: Ship your package via US Postal Service Registered Mail™, insured for the total value of the contents, and request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has reached Rafaello & Co.
Please note, that FedEx® and UPS® will not insure merchandise over $500, so in case of a high value return we recommend contacting Rafaello & Co to receive assistance and suggested methods to return your purchase.
