Who is Rafaello & Co.?

While Rafaello & Company was only founded four years ago, the three men behind the business, Rafael Aranbayev, Eric Aranbayev, and Gabriel Jacobs have been working in the jewelry industry for over twenty years. After emigrating to America in 1985 and being freed from Communist Russia, their dream of starting a business became a reality in 1986 when they founded Mair’s, a wholesale jewelry company which serviced over 1500 all over the country. Mair’s was so successful that they started their own jewelry line, and so Rafaello & Company was created.

In addition to creating and carrying their own signature pieces, Rafaello & Co. offers a variety of brands and carries everything from luxurious Swiss timepieces to fine pieces of jewelry. The company has designed pieces for many well-known celebrities including Jamie Foxx, Alicia Keys, Ne-Yo, T-Pain, Just Blaze, Carmelo Anthony, Dwight Freeney, Drake, and Jay-Z, rightfully earning the title of “jeweler to the stars.”

Do you have the piece I'm looking at in stock?

If a piece is listed as “In Stock” on our website, we generally have the item in stock. If an item is out of stock, contact us to requisite the item to be restocked. please allow 2-3 weeks for the item to arrive.


Do you have a warranty on your jewelry?

We have a one-year warranty on all of our jewelry. The warranty covers the quality of our workmanship; in particular, our warranty covers jewelry resizing, rhodium polishing, and the replacement of up to two missing stones per year.


Does Rafaello & Co. have a catalog?

Rafaello & Co. does have a catalog. In order to receive one, please contact us by email Info@rafaelloandcompany.com, and you will receive a hard copy by mail.

I can't find the piece I wanted on the site anymore. Can I still order it?

We update and rotate our online selection occasionally and may remove items that were previously offered. We also rotate the items we feature prominently. Even if we don't offer the item anymore, we will gladly make it for you or order it.

How much is shipping?

We currently offer free shipping to US customers. Expedited delivery may require an additional charge.


Can I check the status of my order?

You may check the status of an order via the tracking number given to you.


I have an occasion coming up in less than three weeks, can I get my jewelry faster?

We try our best to satisfy our customers with on-time delivery. If you need to request an expedited delivery, please contact us. An additional charge may be imposed for all express deliveries.


Do you ship to PO Boxes?

No. We do not ship to PO Boxes.

Can I order a pendant without the chain?



Can I order a ring in a size that isn't offered on the site?

Additional charges may apply depending on the size and type of precious metal.


Can I order platinum or 18K gold chains?



What are the other metals in your alloys?

Will your silver tarnish?

Yes. All silver will eventually tarnish. The length of time it will take for tarnishing to occur depends on the chemistry of your skin.


What if I don't know the ring size?

We have a ring size chart available at your disposal.


Are your metals ethically sourced and environmentally friendly?

We ensure to use only recycled precious metals.


Do you carry a specific designer/style/gem/?



Can I have my jewelry engraved?

Can I buy a ring without the stones?



After-Purchase Questions

What happens if the ring I bought doesn't fit?

Rafaello & Co. offers one free resizing within 30 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for paying the shipping. Resizing can take three to six weeks depending on the style of the ring and the discrepancy in size. Please note that some styles may not be able to be resized


What if there is a problem with my purchase?

Rafaello & Co. offers a one-year warranty on each purchase. If you encounter any problems with our items, we will repair it free of charge and we will even cover the shipping too.


Can I take a ring to my local jeweler to have it resized?

Yes. However, having someone else work on the ring will void your warranty with Rafaello & Co. Therefore, we do not advise it.

Do you offer financing?

Yes. We offer financing through GE Capital.


Do you have layaway?

We offer a layaway service, with a 50% deposit.


Is it safe to use my debit card online?

Do you accept Cashier's Checks or Money Orders?

No, we currently do not accept any cashier’s checks or money orders.
