Your complete satisfaction with our product is guaranteed, or items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days from the date when the item was shipped. The customer is responsible for paying return shipping fees. 15% restocking fee will be applied. Shipping charges, including special handling and any other related costs are non-refundable.
Please note that to be eligible for returns, items must be kept in their original purchase condition, must include all product documentation, and must be shipped within 14 days. Please note that items showing signs of wear or those that have been damaged are not eligible for a return.
To expedite exchanging for a different product, we recommend that you return the product for a refund and place a new order. Please allow approximately 4 weeks for your refund to be processed. If a package or item delivered to you arrives damaged, please reject the shipment and call us immediately at (212) 840-0780. Please retain all packing materials unless instructed otherwise by Rafaello & Co. Claims for damaged or missing items must be reported immediately or within 14 days of receipt of your order. Rafaello & Co. will not be held accountable for lost or damaged returned shipments.
For all returns, customers mustcall our returns department to receive a Return Authorization Code.
- Packages returned to Rafaello & Co. without a Return Authorization Code on the exterior of the package will not be processed and will be rejected immediately
- Items may only be returned for a refund within 14 days of receiving the product
- Upon receiving your return, the item will be inspected by the jeweler. If the item shows signs of wear or damage, it will not be eligible for return. If the items have any damage, this disqualifies the buyer from a refund and the purchased item will be returned to the buyer
- Custom orders and engraved orders are not eligible for return
