All orders are insured and shipped free via FedEx Priority Overnight®, FedEx 2Day®, or FedEx Ground® delivery service based on the value of your order.

- If you are unable to provide a signature on a weekday, you may call us at and we may arrange an alternate day for you to receive your package and provide a signature
- Rafaello & Co follows the shipping data given to them by PayPal to a precise point. Please review your PayPal account for the correct desired ship-to address for a stress free transaction.
- The metal's weight may vary aproximately 3-5 Grams due to production differentiation.
- Different colors for our hollow 10K chains are done via rhodium chemicals.
We urge all customers to inspect their package for damage or tampering before accepting the package or providing a signature.
If you place an order on a holiday, Saturday or Sunday, or after pm on a regular business day, your order will be placed the following business day. If you are unable to receive the package or provide a signature at your billing address, we may ship it to an alternative address at your request.
